Five minutes with Inge Couck

Five minutes with Inge Couck

This week, we were lucky enough to have a quick chat with Inge Coeck from 'Push your limits'.

Meet Inge, an Olympic Belgian kayaker who represented her country in Seoul 1988. Though narrowly missing out on Barcelona 1992 due to injury, Inge's resilience shines through. After her illustrious career, she embraced motherhood and conquered the world of triathlons, even tackling the Ironman in Hawaii in 2018 as a 50+ athlete!

But her journey didn't stop there. Inge's passion for personal development led her to become a Personal Coach, guiding many towards their goals. Now, she's turning her attention to supporting women in menopause, leveraging her own experiences to make a difference.
